Providing You Care
For years, Dr. Butler has been proud to provide patients of all walks of life the dental services they need to maintain positive oral health. If you are considering our team for your oral health needs, we ask that you take a moment to review all information relevant to becoming a new patient. This includes expectations for your first visit, financing information, and essential forms to fill out. We hope to see you very soon!
Your First Visit
Dr. Butler and our team want to get to know you, not just your teeth. Please bring any previous dental records you would like us to review, your identification, and your insurance card (if one has been provided to you). You can relax in our comfortable reception area while we verify your information, make sure your forms are on file, and verify any insurance that will assist with payment. Your new patient exam and consultation will take about 90 minutes.
We’ll examine your teeth and gums with an intraoral camera, take digital x-rays, perform a complete head and neck cancer screening, and fill out a chart of your current restorations. Dr. Butler will discuss his findings and recommend treatment and financing options.
With dental insurance, paying for your many basic dental services becomes a whole lot more affordable. While we are a fee-for-service dental office, we are more than happy to file insurance claims for you on your behalf. Maximizing your benefits is one of our top priorities at the dental office, so feel free to discuss all financing with our team directly so we can create a treatment plan that fits your budget.
Don’t have dental insurance? That’s okay! We have other options that you can consider to finance your care. One of these includes CareCredit, a company that offers low-to-zero interest financing on all varieties of dental care. Additionally, we provide Alphaeon financing, which is endorsed by the Kois Center. If you have questions about these financing options, you can follow the links below or give our dental office a call directly and we’ll be happy to help every step of the way.
Our goal for your first visit is to make it as stress free as possible. That’s why we provide printable forms you can read, fill out, and sign ahead of time in the comfort of your home, at your own convenience! Patient forms are crucial for learning more about your current oral health status as well as determining your current needs moving forward. If you do not fill out the forms beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to prevent any delays.
